Untouched valleys, mountain peaks over 2,500 meters high, and vast forests characterize the landscape of the Carpathians—a paradise for nature lovers. In addition to the numerous flocks of sheep and herds of cows, which are accompanied by strong and particularly strong-willed herd protection dogs, with a little luck you can also observe wild animals such as bears or wolves in their natural environment. 

Our family-run riding business is located in the heart of Csíkszentdomokos (Sândominic) in beautiful Romania – more precisely in Transylvania (Siebenbürgen). Here we offer guided riding tours – from beginners to professionals, we find the right setting for every rider.

József (Jóska) – the heart of the riding business
Jóska grew up with horses and turned his passion into his profession years ago. He loves the mountains, nature, and good food – and he shares his zest for life with people and animals every day.

Margit – a loving hostess
She takes care of the well-being of guests and family. Margit lovingly prepares meals for short and long tours and makes sure that everyone feels welcome.

József (Öcsi) and Zsófi – the doers
The younger son and daughter-in-law actively help out everywhere. With their infectious good humor and warm-hearted nature, they are an indispensable support in the daily running of the business.

Róbert and Sadja – the organizers
Based in Switzerland, the older son and his wife are an important part of the business. They lovingly take care of the administration and the website – and whenever they are on site, they accompany the trails.

The horses – the stars of the farm
Our robust, lovable horses and ponies of various breeds and sizes live outdoors all year round and are therefore absolutely sure-footed, even in mountainous terrain.
